Seems like ICE always claims that the person wasn’t who they meant to shoot and that they posed a threat, even if it always turns out to be lies.

This is, to put it mildly, really bad. They’re admitting that the ICE traitor wasn’t in any danger. But thought letting people with darker skin than his go free was so terrible he had to shoot.
