You’re definitely right about that. I have to say I like what this Pope is saying, shame they barely listen to him. But that’s Catholics I guess, still.

It’s very difficult to progress as a nation when you have millions of people who refuse to enter the 21st century.

Yeah, there are cool bikes of all sorts for sure, I would like to try sometimes. I was just saying the particular bike (harleys, choppers, big loud things) and lifestyle that was sold as freedom was anything but, those bikes cost as much as a car now.

Being from the home state of Harley Davidson, more sympathetic I could not be. I hate it lol. They have giant rallies here all the time, back some years ago there was some big anniversary and the whole city was literally filled with them. It was kinda cool but loud as hell. I had a lot of thoughts about how the thought of freedom became intertwined with the freedom of mobility and for a while the motorcycle was sold as the ultimate symbol of freedom in stuff like Easy Rider, it went from hippies into bikers and addicted a generation to leather and gasoline. They did a hell of a job with it.

Yeah, it is pretty striking, because it hints at something much larger, such as Meta being the cause of political unrest to further it’s own agenda. That is striking indeed. They should be fully investigated and dismantled in a fair and just democracy.

Yeah I’m not sure exactly what the solution is since it’s obviously a problem that has plagued mankind since the beginning. We’ll figure it out some day, or not.

Yeah, I would rather that too honestly, it makes a lot more sense, but I suppose my main point was they should be on a separate system than commuters, whatever that may :)

Kind of like how our highways weren’t meant for hundreds of thousands of semi trailers on them every day, but we just keep jamming more fucking trucks on the road. Humans will just overdo something until there is a catastrophic failure, sometimes they keep doing it after that.

Yeah that’s the whole thing, it’s not just that they think your idea is wrong, it seems like they just plain don’t want you there at all. It’s messed up. It’s not the left by any means. Those people are crazy or are pushing an agenda idk which. Maybe they just enjoy their little club.

I made one little comment about China’s social credit system and got absolutely bombarded with comments in minutes, that never happens with any other content, it is very fishy and some of the comments are so long, anyways I’ll never make that mistake again. re-blocked.

Why don’t they just call it the loserverse? We need a nice name like that for it, to shame these losers. Manosphere is wayyyyy too nice.

Public infrastructure, community hubs, better regulation of what algorithms can and can’t do, trusted networks, mesh networks, public knowledge bases, chronological timelines, innovation pushed over profit. It’s a tall order.

Nice try, I thought of the A-team but there’s no girls, there’s some in later seasons but not really a major part.

Probably nothing that made it past one season, the writers eventually will turn to that. Good question, curious.

Haha, well you made it farther than I did, I too liked computers growing up but even though I went and got my A+, Network+, MCSA and all that years and years ago, and then went back to school and got an associates in web development, and then didn’t do anything with that either. OOF. Well good news is now I know why I wasn’t allowing myself to succeed back then, bad news is it’s way too late now for any of that with AI poising to take over everything. I’m kind of glad I didn’t now, kind of, if it wasn’t for the fact I’d actually be financially stable now if I did lol. But life is a journey. I’m actually a bit of a luddite now despite my very early adoption of computers, internet, etc haha. Funny how that works out. Grill sounds great, I love cooking out doors as well, it’s just invigorating :)

AH yeah, I had an older account but I deleted it because I couldn’t resist the urge to make negative comments about the state of things all the time and I’m trying to be more positive so I made a new one. Yeah it’s a bit slow at times but that is kind of refreshing not have to keep up with an endless barrage of stuff ya know.
