People brought way too much coffee to a work thing and I took it home. Is there any risk, other that than that it will taste bad, to keeping it for a week or two?

    I cold brew coffee for 2-3 days on my kitchen counter and then store the resulting pitcher in the fridge for a couple of weeks. I don’t have a lot of experience with iced coffee, but I would be surprised if there was a significant difference in how well it keeps.
