Damn straight. Still rocking the Whirlpool dishwasher that came with the house in 1992. Unfortunately the Whirlpool oven range that came with the house is barely functional. The oven still works, but I can’t get the pilots to ignite on the stovetop. The Whirlpool dryer still works effectively, though it could be better.

Currently remodeling my house, so I’m definitely planning to upgrade to a Whirlpool washer-dryer combo, and I’ll likely get a Whirlpool dual-fuel oven range. And if push comes to shove, I might get a new Whirlpool dishwasher.

I mean, unless Whirlpool’s products were hit with the enshittification stick…

do I have bad news for you.

do your due diligence and read bad reviews for any models you’re looking at buying. no company will purchase bad reviews and you can clearly tell if the reviewer is an absolute walnut that couldn’t pour piss from a boot.

usually I’ll find a model that has bad reviews from a bunch of buffoons then check out the good reviews from multiple locations, the more obscure the source the better. bestbuy.com? no thanks. applianceguyaskingwhy.com? that’s a winner.
