66,000 people are now in ICE custody.

An entire city’s worth of people, the vast majority of whom have committed no crime save being born on the wrong side of the border, have had their lives broken and their future put into stasis.

66,000 families are wondering if their loved ones will ever go free. Wondering if they’re being beaten, starved, raped, or just disappeared. And in many cases, wondering where they are, because ICE has whisked them away and won’t reveal their location.

There is no justification for this cruelty, and there is no justice in a system that allows this inhumanity.

Until we stand up, disband ICE, prosecute and convict their leaders and agents for crimes against humanity, America will never be the land of the free.
