It’s not just you. In my area people are driving worse, people are being less patient, and folks seem to be getting weirder. Hell, I just had to delete an article about skinning a cat from a vegan discord group. I have no idea what’s going on, but I’d guess it’s stress, weather, and endless conflict weighing on people.

I love that I get to help people as best I can, but I hate the work itself unfortunately. It’s very mentally taxing and sometimes really depressing.

I’ve been looking for more 5 player board games for my weekly board game club, and I was looking at Wingspan! How is it, is it worth picking up?

I’ve been working on getting albums I like, I’ve found playing from vinyl is just kinda fun. I have my favorites set up in the hallway, and I rotate what’s in front whenever I play one so it’s constantly changing artwork. The rest are in the box

I don’t know yet what I’m gonna do when I run out of space 😅

I’m no hypocrite, I’ll chime in. I woke up at 1 am this morning and couldn’t get back to sleep because my body hates me apparently. The day was pretty good other than that though, I made a run to the dump that I’d been meaning to do for months, got my hair dyed, and had lunch at a local cafe (sandwich with a yuba patty, sesame slaw, and peanut sauce. It was so good). Now I’m just chilling, I got cider and I’m listening to records (Yesterwynde by Nightwish right now). I’m gonna sleep well tonight I think!

I rely entirely on what my husband puts on, I don’t really seek out podcasts myself. That being said, I’ve enjoyed Behind the Bastards, Some More News, The Anthropocene Reviewed, and Maintenance Phase. If you like garbage I can also recommend Skin Suit and Dan Savage’s Lovecast. He also wants me to mention Ologies by Alie Ward.

Pure Vessel in Hollow Knight. I have a file that’s at like 111% and I just need to beat the final pantheon but I’ve never managed it. I don’t even know how bad Absolute Radiance is, I’ve never made it that far.
