I agree, but if I had to choose between someone reusing passwords and someone who kept them under the keyboard I’d probably choose the latter

The worst part of the left one is the implication they have only two passwords. The “under the keyboard” part at least requires physical access and (hopefully) means its not something stupid or short like “p@ssw0rd”.
Their LLM usage policy is here ( https://github.com/fluxerapp/fluxer/blob/main/.github/LLM_USAGE_POLICY.md ) . They do not allow LLM authored code. The main dev does sometimes use it for rubber duck debugging according to an old post that I don’t have the link for. One of the other devs says they don’t use it at all.

I don’t think beginners are going to be in that situation and most people probably won’t ever be in your situation, mostly people doing it as a hobby are going to end up with 100+ TB of data.
EDIT: when I say “most people wouldn’t be in that situation” I was thinking of the typical person who is on the fence about this and would be swayed by the “it will save you money” argument. Its quite likely that most people currently self hosting (I’d imagine mostly hobbyists) could be in a similar situation to you if they aren’t already
