It’s kinda crazy, that they are spending this much and still can’t attract soldiers.

I never hear anything but bad stories about being in the military, so I’m not surprised that nobody wants to join.

I’m referring to Samsung and dex mode. There are phones that do this, I just don’t know the official name.

I doubt it will be a decade or 2 we are basically there on iPad and android can do this. If Apple opens the flood gates on this devs will jump aboard quickly.

That’s so interesting. I hope that once they lose control of iOS, they allow iPads and even iPhone to run full macOS when docked.

It could work like the steamdeck where it can be in desktop or handheld mode. When in handheld mode, certain apps that run in the background, like Dropbox would stop running to maximize battery life or something.

Yuh-huh! Just get a terminal emulator from the App Store. I will be just a few dollars a month. Then you can ssh into a Linux server you have somewhere.

The US should not be censoring harmless stuff like this.

Sure, they can make rules for federal employees and using it on their phones and stuff, but they should not for the average citizen.

I am in favor of big tech being regulated in regards to the data they can collect and transparency about the data they collect and what they do with it.

That is really what would solve the problem. Not banning an app.
