I don’t know about Samsung and Apple, but Google Pay works offline.

I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m wondering if it would be possible to buy a Google Pay compatible virtual debit prepaid card with monero, like $50-$100 and use a card writer to put it on a plastic card to use in store. Then just buy another one after its depleted and rewrite the card with new details, rinse and repeat. That seems like the closest thing to digital cash you can get without xmr being accepted by merchants.

What exactly are we supposed to do? Our government commands some of the world’s most advanced intelligence agencies. The military would easily crush any armed resistance. But for all the talk of electoralism being ineffective, they managed to oust Orbán in Hungary after 16 years of him ratfucking their democracy. I don’t think the U.S is so far gone that we can’t turn this whole saga into a history lesson in 2028. The path to that starts in the midterms, so we need to vote like the future of this country depends on it because it does.

Yeah it can be rough. My strategy is simple; I practice radical acceptance of the fact that 1) I’m always right about everything no matter what and 2) everybody else is wrong and stupid. Also 3) nobody is more knowledgeable than me about any subject, period. Its simply impossible.

I find that this goes a long way towards reducing friction. Hope this helps!
