Sharing intel isn’t worth all the billions of hardware AND intel the US provides to Ukraine. And Russia is naturally interested in keeping the Iran war ongoing to export oil to more countries at higher prices while the US is distracted and the strait’s closure causes a glut on oil capacity.
I agree with you that the agreement would also be worthless. Also it would be so hard to prove that the intel was shared…
