12 days agoThere have been instances where I have seen such behaviour , but it has almost always boiled down to ISP hardware in a very specific location. Multiple different devices in different locations? Most likely user error

In my experience, the only OS that (usually) suspends when told to do so is mac. Linux and Windows both struggle with it depending on your hardware.
