what i mean is that i know email is federated but like it isn’t easy to host and requires a bunch of stuff that you have to pay or not own for

so because the protocol’s that the fediverse uses are mostly modern basically i mean that it is a easy to host email requiring fewer things and fewers money to spend on

so it is that you make a post you send it to people and only those people can see it right?

you could be a part of the fediverse and make content for it on the parts that need it (such as loops and peertube) if you can and if you want to
