But with nuggets: A doctor petitioned the FDA to ban BHA in 1990, but no action had been taken until the FDA announced it would reexamine the chemical’s safety in February. Meanwhile the food dyes RFK wanted to ban are now OK again. And even if the FDA were informed, no way a senior FDA official would accept bribes.

It’s a shit article. But with nuggets:
