Ballroom is far from pointless. It’s a cover (no pun intended) for what’s underneath. You know, considering the fact that they’ve hired a bunch of contractors with specialities like: data centers, building underground, air systems for underground data centers, … and not to mentions the DC infrastructure upgrades, about on par with what you’d need to power a data center.
