Thank you. As a 30yr+ vet of the industry, I wholly endorse any increase in attention to these widely accepted “service” norms. It’s slavery, point of fact, and riddled with torture, abuse throughout that leave scars for life (even for those that outlive their time in it, or somehow escape early). 🙇🏽♂️🤌🏼
