Someone who maybe wasnt heard as a young one growing up, somone in perpetual fight or flight, someone where the inclination of a thought’s thought being a personal attack, “deserves” to be defended when their honor was never questioned… until they spoke to defend what not needed to be defended. :(

It doesnt matter what yoy were wearing. Getting stabbed sounds scary as hell. I got bit by a dog once in my 20s. I try not to be scared of dogs, but it effected me. I play (pve) Rust, and the wolves were giving me panic attacks…13 years later. I can’t even imagine what kind of mark that event had on you. Im sorry that happened to you. I remeber the night my brother got mugged. He actually played it off with comedy, but its a whole story, point is, it’s scary, it can cause trauma which has symptoms.It wasnt your fault same as it wasnt my brothers fault, and I dont blame the dog.

i hear you. i got taken down by a former police german shepherd when i was 8. still have the marks and i’m not comfortable around dogs still. that is not fun.
