According to Mash, software intended for the analysis of video data has been used in Russia by private organizations since 2010. In 2018, the platform was bought by Canon, after which its technologies were integrated into the video surveillance system VMS XProttect from the company Millastone (also owned by Canon). Suppliers of VMS XProtect, according to the telegram channel, won several state tenders in Russia.
