A federated internet archive, I’m wondering whether I should build it myself. With so many journalists being banned for reporting the gaza genocide we need more ways to combat censorship.

    isn’t mobile linux just linux but you use it on mobile devices? SIM cards have the same architecture to read, and I can use wifi on linux just fine, what do you mean?

      ISPs need to approve mobile data antennae. Any phone they don’t like is not approved. Using an existing antenna just brings the problem of propietary drivers.

      Remember, your PC does not have mobile data (even if it is a laptop).

        can you give me some example on ISPs approving mobile antenna? For the proprietary drivers, they can reverse engineer to bring the needed functionalities of the antenna.

        like trem said, I think the problem is because of mobile chipsets not giving the documentation to the public and devs have to reverse engineer it, which they need to own a mobile that has that chip set in order to to so
